Ingredients like nutmeg have anti-inflammatory properties & can help remove toxins for the body, particularly the liver. Sea-buckthorn improves blood circulation, facilitates oxygenation of the skin and removes excess toxins from the body. Black pepper helps to stimulate hydrochloric acid in your stomach so you can better digest and absorb the foods you eat.

- Brewing Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80C) on the tea and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas (tea bags or whole leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.
