ABOUT OUR ASSAM DUST TEA:
In Assam, tea is grown at a higher altitude, making the quality of tea much better than the tea grown at a lower altitude. Our tea is sourced from Assam. This fine dust tea is a custom blend that gives the tea its beautiful Golden colour and a strong and crisp (kadak) flavor. It can be enjoyed both as Black tea, as well as Milk tea (Chai).
BENEFITS OF OUR ASSAM TEA:
Assam tea is loaded with antioxidants and can help one feel fresh and active. Assam tea is a great health drink. It can be used to make tea flavoured dishes and desserts. You can make a masala chai blend by using our Assam tea along with Seeds and Hands spices such as Cardamom seeds, Clove, Cinnamon, Black pepper or their respective powders. Cook the Assam tea along with small quantities of the above ingredients in Milk and Water with a 3:2 ratio and keep stirring on a medium flame till the tea is of a Golden chai colour.
