• HOW TO MAKE PORRIDGE: Mix 1 tsp of the Porridge Mix with 100 ml of water, milk or buttermilk, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, while continuously stirring with a whisk. Add a sweetener of your choice. Once fully cooked and cooled, you can loosen the porridge with expressed breast milk, boiled water or milk.
• PRO-AYURVEDA: Unlike other banana varieties, kunnankaya does not increase kapha in the body and therefore does not cause cough or cold
