- 2. I take pride in recreating the classic taste of Indian filter coffee by blending frothed and boiled milk with the rich infusion of finely ground coffee brewed in a traditional Indian filter.
- 3. My Chicory Coffee is made from a masterful blend of 100% Arabica Dark Roast AA Grade beans, roasted in small batches with precision German equipment, then mixed with roasted chicory root powder for consistent quality every time.
- 4. I promise you a completely natural coffee experience with no preservatives. You can choose from four variations of Chicory Coffee, featuring blends with 45%, 35%, 30%, and 15% chicory content.
- 5. I pack every batch in a 500g canister with a secure lid to lock in freshness. Once opened, just use the provided cover and store it in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.
- 6. When brewing, I recommend placing 4 tablespoons of coffee powder evenly in the filter, adding 120ml of hot water, and letting it brew for 2025 minutesor even overnight for a stronger decoction.
- 7. To serve it the traditional way, I mix 25ml of the brewed decoction with 75ml of hot milk, adding sugar if desired. You can adjust the ratio to suit your taste and serve it in a South Indian Dabarah.
