- Ingredients: Dry Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Corinder, Salt, Poppyseed, Aniseed, Clove, Cardamom,Onion,Cassia, Staranise, Nutmeg. Recipe: Fry 200g onion in 200g edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add 3 tomatoes, 200g curd, 1 spoon lemon juice, 50g Sakthi Briyani Masala, 1kg mutton or chicken or kg vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Add necessary water, 1kg briyani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 20 minutes, tasty briyani is ready to serve.

Add 1 kg Chicken pleces, 50g Sakthi Chicken Masala, coconut paste, salt to taste and water, Boil the contents for 30 minutes. Tasty Chicken gravy is ready to serve. Chicken fry also can be prepared using this masala. This masala can also be used to prepare vegetable gravies.
