Description
- Pour the milk in a pan & heating it.
- Add Brew Lab instant cream Brewly Mix & sugar to the milk & let it heat for sometime.
- Let it cool until it is thick & simultaneously start preparing the mould for the brulee. Once it is thick enough, transfer the mixture to the moulds & allow it to cool down.
- Now, take 1/3 cup of sugar & start heating it in pan. Heat it for some time until the sugar starts caramelizing.
- Once the sugar is caramelized turn the flame off & pour it over creme brulee . Let it crystalize & its ready.
