For bulk orders emails us here: nalaknadspicemills@gmail.com" IN A KADAI ADD 3 MEDIUM SIZE ONION CHOPPED 3-4 SLIT GREEN CHILLI - ADD 1.5 GINGER CHOPPED 000 2 PODS OF GARLIC CHOPPED ADD 1KG PORK ADD SALT TO TASTE ADD 1 TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER AND 1.5 TSP OF CHILLI POWDER MIX WELL COOK IT FOR 4-5 WHISTLE ONCE COOKED ADD 2.5 TSP OF AMORA PORK MASALA MIX WELL ADJUST SALT IF REQUIRED BOIL IT TO THE REQUIRED CONSITENCY WITH LID OPENED AND STIR IT IN REGULAR INTERVAL - ADD 1 TSP OF BRINDLE BERRY (KACHAMPULI) MIX WELL. NOTE : INITIALY KACHAMPULI FLAVOUR WILL HIGHLIGHT THE SOURNESS UNTIL THE MEAT ABSORBS IT. FOR EXTRA SPICINESS INCREASE GREEN CHILLI. DO NOT ADD MORE OIL AND NO WATER REQUIRED WHILE COOKING MEAT AS IT RELEASES THE WATER AND OIL . Take 30g (3tbsp) of Amora fish tawa fry masala, add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, mix well. Add water to consistency (thick paste). Marinate the fish and keep it for 15mins. Now heat tawa. Add 2 tbsp of oil and fry the fish in medium flame till done on both side. Garnish with onion ring and lemon.
