- These are breakfast food option which resembles the same as the thin noodles. We can make many dishes with vermicelli. It can also be taken as a kheer, mixed with hot milk with sugar and pinch of saffron for added flavour.
- Vermicelli need to be soaked in hot water or even boiled. Drain the water and use it. It can be soaked for about 5 minutes and then be used as a normal food prepared with tampering with mustard and urid dhal.
