This Medium roast coffee is bright and balanced having a hint of fruity notes with toasty chocolate, woody flavors and works perfectly as black coffee or a cup of Cappuccino/Latte. Beans Used for this Roast are sourced from estates of Chikmagalur Dist. of Karnataka having deep and intense floral/fruity notes. The beans are carefully medium roasted to produce smoky and toasty notes of oak, chocolate and prunes along with a mild hint of cinnamon. It is best suited as black coffee or can be paired with frothed milk for a Cappuccino/Latte. Cold Brew produces excellent aroma and smooth mouthfeel with intense notes of toasted oak, and prunes with mild bitterness to comply the overall feel. Flavor Profile: oak, chocolate and prunes along with a mild hint of cinnamon, with a medium body and mildly acidic.
